Which methods is the best?

I've been thinking about suicide for maybe over 7-8 years now. All different methods.
Been thinking about hanging myself (already tried and it's actually very hard) but I've also thought about getting drunk and making my way to where the trains are to ctb.
I just wanna know the best and most painless methods please
