Where'd They Go?

I joined this site over the summer when I was in the deepest throes of suicidal thoughts. I had letters written and my method planned with ease. Still do for when the time is right, frankly.
Meanwhile, I chatted with people here, either in the General room or via messages. Then, I went away and have continued to try to live and to keep up in the last five or so months. They've felt like eons, by the way.
Now, I returned to the site because, you know.
And I wonder where these people are. My conversations with them mattered. I don't know if they're dead. They may be.
I suppose I'm happy for them, if they are. Honestly.

I wonder this too. It's obvious that some members really commit suicide. Maybe I'm naive, but the good bye threads seem genuine to me. Just as many probably commit suicide in silence without telling anyone here. Some members seem to be able to turn there lives around and don't feel that they need this forum anymore. Quite a few members are probably not that suicidal and only come here to vent and disappear when they feel better.

I sure hope if they did pass that they found peace.

Like sensei said,the goodbye threads do seem genuine. The people that disappear after ,such as nolifenopain, are likely gone. But I always fear that they're in a hospital quadriplegic or something horrible :(

I truly hope those kind souls found the happiness/peace they so deserve :)
