How the hell is it possible? You literally find anything there. Weapons, drugs, and much much more bad stuff. How the hell is it possible that no one sells fucking Nembutal?

It's not produced in the quantities it once was, I believe. And the restricted manufacture and supply results in it being much easier to control its distribution.
Items such as weapons, many drugs and general "bad stuff" are slopping around in such abundance (or can indeed be made or adapted illegally) that they are much more available. I doubt that the demand for N would be sufficient to tempt its illegal manufacture in labs.
Kinda heartbreaking, I know.

Of course, it would have to be China. Anything can be got from there, but it is highly risky...I wouldn't chance it today, as so much has changed. Even in 2014 things were risky and I wouldn't have chanced it then. Not a chance now.
