Anybody know where I can buy oxazepam? I live in the UK.

Best bet is the dark net. It's difficult to get any benzo prescribed by a GP in the UK unless you're in a crisis situation, and the dark net will have lots of credible vendors who will sell oxazepam or equivalents.
