Several months ago (Luckily).
When's the last time you felt philosophical?
I don't remember.
What did you use when you last SH?
Several years ago, I was on the snowy mountains with my grandpa, I was little and I used them to look as far as I could in the landscape. Two months ago.
When is the last time you used binoculars (and what did you look at)?
I was a pretty young kid sitting on a kitchen stool watching my mom prepare dinner as the sun went down and streaked the sky in deep oranges and reds.
When's the last time you truly enjoyed playing a game with a friend(s)?
I went a few days ago for a walk in a dress nothing else with a jacket on at 3 degrees started off with sad songs and crying and after a bit looking outside probs looking like a lunatic i felt better i was listening to better music and even danced a bit felt alive and as soon as i got home my dad said something and ruined it all - can't wait to move out. This morning.
When's the last time you spent time outside in the moonlight? (I think I might have asked that before. But to me it's extremely important for your well-being. Go out in the moonlight, take your shoes off, stand in the grass and breathe deeply while you "bathe" in Mother Earth's energy.)
I quit worrying about what my folks thought about me in my 30s. Truth be told, I should have walked away YEARS before that, so I feel you. Btw, did you know spending time in the cold (either like you did, or a cold shower or bath) for 15-20 minutes a day triggers mitochondrial changes that keep you younger than your biological age??I went a few days ago for a walk in a dress nothing else with a jacket on at 3 degrees started off with sad songs and crying and after a bit looking outside probs looking like a lunatic i felt better i was listening to better music and even danced a bit felt alive and as soon as i got home my dad said something and ruined it all - can't wait to move out.
When was the last time you got a real letter (one in an envelope with a stamp on it) written by a real person?
I am happy you know about that i used to be able to do cold showers now i do it sometimes when there is not hot water in the house but i love leaving my window open or going full out when its cold. It like give a melancholic vibe not really sure how to describe it. Going to uni gonna be alone the things they say to me its always when i am doing better i want to distance myself from things that make me not happy - hopefully actually stop wasting my life Infront of my pc and start doing something next year in January or hopefully by 2026. Its hard to quit thinking because i want to be accepted by society i struggle with being fat and it puts me down hopefully i will fix that too next year and its like you can ignore them but when you alone with yourself my mind spirals its moods sometimes don't give a fuck sometimes struggle anyway you seem coolI quit worrying about what my folks thought about me in my 30s. And, honestly, I don't remember. Last year I got a Christmas card that was signed and addressed by hand. Guess that counts a little bit??
When's the last time you held a pet and stroked it's fur (or skin) and watched it love being loved on??
my mom texted me today i think called her yesterday or so on, "friends" all the time. what is a loved one tho? do you love the loved ones all the time? anyway i am eating McDonalds cause i was feeling hella sad and food is my comfort thing.3 years ago I own a cat. My little baby.
When the last time you talk with loved one ?
