When you receive SN from IC can you tell if the seal has been broken/opened?

Also, can the seal be opened and sealed back up and still look like it hasn't been opened? Hope this makes sense.

I am just worried it will get opened and sealed back up and I will have no idea and think the shell life is perfectly fine.
