Help When should i take the meto and antacid

I got my SN
Planning to go next month
I will get metoclopramide and some antacid like cimetidine
I will empty my stomach 12 hours before that
My question is what's the ideal time to take the antacid and the meto?

Meto an hour before. With cimetidine I'd say around 45 minutes before to make sure it kicks in.

I want to be sure to take propranolol too. The heart racing is what causes discomfort or panic. I'm just sure I would
pass out if I took the huge dose that is recommended. And that would be ok but I don't want to vomit while unconscious.
