Most of the time, I'm alone, which gives me way too much time to sit and think. That's the only thing I do, is sit and think and think and think about why I'm still alive. Sleeping helps a lot, since I'm not conscious, and if I remember any dreams I have, I can think about those instead. Music is also a good option-I can sing along with songs that I empathize a lot with, and it provides more background noise to ponder about. Video games are always really nice, but even they get boring after playing for hours on end. Then there's reading, escaping into another world entirely, but I only like a couple specific genres, so even that is limited. Then I'm back to thinking.
