I'd recommend this test, which relies more on cognitive function theory to estimate your type. One letter can make a huge difference, in that sense. For example, INTJs and INTPs don't share a single cognitive function.

Introverts are just people who naturally gain energy from spending time alone, rather than with other people. There's nothing inherently wrong with being introverted, except that the majority of people are extroverted so sometimes being introverted is seen as something negative, unfortunately

Trauma can cause people to act more introverted though, for sure

I retake it when it is brought up or when I remember these tests exist again and I always get the same one so I do not think it's accurate since I don't think I am that intelligent even in different kinds of intelligence / a specific kind of intelligence (arts, mathematics, literature etc.)
