Hello all,

New here, and immediately noticed this thread. I was huge fan of M.A.S.H as a kid (born in 1981). I remember when an Australian band, the Drones, did a cover of the movie theme song for M.A.S.H. When they aired this cover back in the mid 2000s, I thought it was amazing, it would bring back all sorts of memories, emotions related to the M.A.S.H serial or movie. Since 2015 or 2016, the song took a drastically different tone with me, it brings bugs of tears, but not so much out of pain or agony, but peace, an everlasting eternal peace:



The cover was never really on rotation in my music list, tho a serious of events in 2015/2016 caused me to find it. I think I had to obtain the CD the cover was released just to rip that song to digital.
