I love watching movies because they can be heart warming like one of my favorite movies (monkeybone) where the MC was a a writter and animator he went into a coma from an accident and goes into a world that he created in his stories and all the characters from his fictional stories are there with him i found that to be really charming for a NDE i also watch NDE stories alot and have found peace through them im not tryna to push my beliefs onto somebody here i just relieve my pain by watching movies and get some hope from people who had NDEs id like to talk to anyone here it be very much appreciated i was or been thinking about ending it because my life its heading towards more and more pain every time i drank laat night and took some antidepressants and sedatives idk how tf im up so early it should've knock me out for more hours.

Writing music, I like it for the self expression, or going out in bad weather, probably helps me most.

I have a atv and a vintage moped that I love to work on. When I can't fix my own problems then i can atleast fix their problems😅

And going for a ride is the best antidepressant in my opinion.

My moped is my one pride and Joy i hope it's okay to put in a picture of it😅

Drawing while listening to music or playing rhythm games~
Music usually is the most important factor in lifting my spirits back up.

I always feel better after a few hills or ramps on my skates. music is always a thing too. When I ran I used to go for long distances if I needed to think about something.

I mostly just sleep, but if I am somehow awake, I will either play a game or watch YouTube videos.
