I love therapy. But to get the most out of it, you need to open up. Your therapist can't help you work on issues they don't know about

Not really helpful i was treated like if i was a student explained me why this thing leads to this other thing and etc and did lot of puzzles, i was praised many times for things i knew several years back, "i was a step ahead" completed all the sessions and less than a year i almost died from my first attempt
