Method What's the minimum fasting I'd need to absorb the SN

I have decided I will have one final dinner with my family on Wednesday and then at midnight I will finally leave this world, I have SN and metoclopramide to do it, but I would like to know the bare minimum amount of time I'd need to not eat or drink anything for this to work, that's why I'm choosing the midnight.

I'm only 23 and I just want my family to have one final happy memory of me before I'm gone.

There is a post that reports on a girl's experience, she had been fasting for 9 hours and even then it took her more than 40 minutes to lose consciousness, she spent that time panting and feeling sick, she looked bad. Maybe longer than that because the video is over.

But she was successful in what she intended, at least from what we heard. I wouldn't eat anything too heavy.
