Oooh, a genuine one is pretty hard to get, but I'll have to say watching Blue Collar Comedy does the trick for me. Those ones know what they're doing and some of them have pretty good streaks.

I was looking at some reddit post. It was going on about how online dating sucks after the pandemic. Someone in the comments responded: "I think a lot of it comes down to this: people got used to being alone." For some reason I busted up laughing over that comment. I don't think that's really it but I'll bet many people were hurt in serious ways with the Covid lockdowns and other related developments since that event.

Family dinner earlier today, I told everyone about the time I played with a Ouija Board many years ago. I knew that the board was all BS, so I purposely moved it around to scare the absolute shit out of everyone else playing (and they all believed it, especially this one kid). I asked things like, "Are there are ghosts here?", "Are you a bad ghost?", "Are you gonna kill someone here tonight?" And with each question I moved that mf to "YES" lmao. This one kid damn near peed his pants. After the last question he let go of the thing, started crying, and ran all the way home! Hahaha, good times, I never saw that kid again. But apparently he is super buff now and is really good at wrestling. Probably because he had to get stronger just in case the ghosts came for him haha.

I have been learning English these days and decided to start with a children's book like 'I Want My Hat Back' by Jon Klassen. It made me laugh in the middle and shocked me in the end. It's the nicest book I've read recently.

The Muppet Show with Arlo Guthrie, daughter was checking it out. That show was great and I watched it as a kid. Grown up guests but a kid's show that didn't talk down to kids and had jokes that were corny but funny for any age. As a little kid Vincent Price was the ultimate scary guy but seeing him with muppets was like a good halloween.

We have this one client who is this old af southern af guy. He's well-meaning, but as you can imagine he talks really slow and meanders around in conversation. I crack up when I hear my boss on the phone with him because my boss is always so frustrated and annoyed but can't hide it at all. I've met with both of them together and it's clear the client knows he annoys the fuck out of my boss but doesn't care. I have to actively work to suppress laughter the whole time.
