What’s the best or easiest method

I've a couple of ways in mind, has anyone decided which way to go or preferable ways to go based on availability and easy etc?

Mine are:

1. Helium (tried already and unsuccessfull , due to the helium oxygen mix I'm not thinking)

2. Car into a wall at 90/100mph (quick and supposed to be painless enough as you would black out fairly quickly but not sure id actually go through with this in case it was unsuccessful.

3. SN - have only recently started reading up on this having joined this forum but about to order some and hopefully no complications with delivery etc.

If anyone has any other methods that may be low cost / little setup required I'd love to hear them.

I'm not supposed to be here (helium attempt was supposed to work) so I'd rather be gone sooner rather than later.

Generally the best, as in most lethal, are shooting, hanging, and jumping. There are more effective options, like explosives or cyanide, but those are unbelievably hard to acquire and not realistic. The easiest methods, as in most peaceful, would be carbon monoxide poisoning: it's such a dangerous and well-known hazard because you're not supposed to notice it happening. All of these methods are low cost with little setup, though accessibility will vary depending on where you live.

I highly recommend against trying to die in a car crash. Vehicles (especially modern cars) are designed to keep you alive at all costs, and you have a much higher chance of horribly and permanently injuring yourself and making your life even worse than it already is. You'd also be responsible for huge amounts of damage and it will cost you severely. Also, driving in a straight line, at top speed, into a solid wall does not look like an accident and authorities might decide to lock you in a psych ward against your will, where you'd be subjected to even more trauma from potential abuse, gaslighting, forced medications, etc.

It's not good to rush suicide, it's extremely easy to fail and land yourself in a much worse place than before. I suggest being patient and taking time to research a reliable method with a low chance of failure.

Sorry you had to choose this method too. I wish I could be at that stage where I have the equipment ready and be ready to execute on it. Unfortunately, I need to get the resources first, plan some trips, write some letters, and get some of my affairs in order first.

I just read one of your previous posts (https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/nitrogen-crazy-ear-ringing.235360/#post-3414718) and it seems to me you did a lot of research about it. I know this isn't related to the thread, but you had any idea what caused the symptom? It makes me think this method isn't peaceful anymore.

Yes it ain't peaceful as everyone says it to be. It needs to be done when asleep or with the right setup while you're unconscious and highly restrained because you will start shaking and you don't want to knock the bag off your head and live with brain damage. I've got most of the setup in my wardrobe ready with everything tied in place (will make a post soon). Here is an early video of a bad setup having the tank vertical not restrained with short gas transfer hose and with just a plastic garbage bag (not a proper clear turkey exit bag). You can see me shaking and bang my head against the tank, you will convulse badly and this was the closest I got to losing consciousness and it was not pleasant. If this occurred with my current setup while I am asleep with zolpidem sleeping pills and restrained with further deep sedation drugs, I would be dead. This gas definitely kills.

Sorry you had to go through that. Things shouldn't be this hard for us. Thanks for sharing the information. I'm not re-considering the method, as I do agree it does seem effective. You're right it doesn't seem painless as portrayed. I don't plan on skimming on the setup. The biggest challenge for me is getting the cylinder to the CTB location and learning how to operate everything. I think the first is more challenging IMO. I won't have the luxury of sleeping pills since I have post-acute withdrawal syndrome, so the the pills would have a paradoxical effect on me. I guess I'll have to restrain myself in some way.

Sorry for my ignorance, I'm new to this method. Why was the plastic garbage bag ineffective? Why would it lead you to experience the symptoms you experienced?

I would never choose a method based on availability and ease of use. In short... for convenience. This is a classic mistake that can lead to disastrous consequences. I prefer highly effective methods, even if they're difficult to find. We all know the most lethal methods, and we know they're not within everyone's reach.
