Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

So as I've stated partial hanging its a thing apparently I'm not certain as to why it is. Is it less painful? What's the reason for it's existence is it because its easy to opt out of incase of a change of mind?
Not everyone has access to the necessary anchor point for FSH. I'm considering partial for exactly that reason. There is no where I have access to that I can count on being a secure anchor point to hang myself. PSH is more accessible also in terms of materials. You can jury-rig a lot of materials for partial that wouldn't be suitable for full suspension hanging. Not surprisingly, a lot of people seeking to CTB don't have ideal situations and have to make do with what's available, and PSH is well suited to this.
