Main ingredients: Sheep's heart, liver and lungs, and stomach (or sausage casing); onion, oatmeal, suet, spices. Some are better than others and I love this one for its taste. You can't get it in the US because of some of the ingredients.

How do you make yours?
I used to make it in the work place, mash potatoes, grated cheddar, butter and corn beef. Top with cheese and bake in the oven till ready.

I used to work as a cook and never cook for myself, I don't own any pots and pans!
