If I really have to have one and I have no choice, prob some dumb self-deprecating quip to add some humor and lighten the grim seriousness of a tombstone. Plus I'd like to not take myself too seriously in death. Others shouldn't take me so seriously either.

How the hell am I supposed to know what will be written in my tombstone? The ones making my tombstone would be my parents, not me since I'd be dead. If I die a natural death, my parents would probably write something along the lines of "in loving memory of my son" along with an islamic verse. They wouldn't use my name directly since they're claiming that it isn't allowed in islam to write the name of the deceased on the tombstone. If, however, I die by suicide, I probably wouldn't even have a tombstone since my parents would be wishing that I go to hell for killing myself

I feel you. I'm aware of a few places that can make honorary tombstones, so there's always that as a last resort prior to arriving at the bus stop.

It's a shame people can't respect our choices. Things would be so much easier if they did.

Totally agree, as I counted on my phone, I live in the U.S. and various area codes from across the country, and I get on average 6 plus a week, and most leave voicemails that I have to clear, so frustrating! all were the same, "your car is going to cost you money when it breaks down", well DUH!

I am on the no call list, and it does absolutely ZERO in helping combat the idiots.

I stand with you each and every day, and to be quite frank, "the hell" with the idiots who would look down at both of us, could care less.

I have had to put up with egotistical people all my life and they are all puffery where folks like YOU are true blue, down to earth and just a wonderful person.

Yea those scam calls get annoying, and it's amazing how many different phone numbers they use. I live in SC, and I've gotten calls from as far as Alaska and Hawaii. I called a number back a few seconds later, and it was already disconnected. Go figure.

I also let my voicemail fill up so they can't leave anymore messages.
