Exercise the body, exercise the mind

Exercising the body is pretty straightforward, just find out what exercises I have access to e.g push ups, jogging on the spot and try to make a routine.
Exercise the mind would be things like trying to recite stuff, personally I like to make up stories so I would probably spend a lot of time inventing stories in my head. Maybe try some "mathletics"

I'm not sure, but one time I experienced an altered state of consciousness and it felt like I was going to die, like I was leaving my body.

It felt kind of scary, I still have nightmares about it.

I think I would sing (quietly if there were others in cells around mine, or even mentally like I do at the dentist ). I'd just go artist by artist, album by album, song by song… maybe I'd think about movies/tv shows scene by scene if I could remember any. But my memory for tv and movies is nothing compared to music hahaha

Hard to explain and not universal. Wild around the edges. Like an aura sharp and jagged and always shifting thoughts echoing and looping jumping around with loose connections. Idk does any of that make sense?

Lot's of exercise and physical activity. I would also try to keep my mind occupied- have meaningful conversations with myself, recite poems and songs, do simple math problems and riddles, and write stories/poems (if I could write them down I would, but otherwise I would try to remember them in an effort to keep my mind sharp).

My mind palace is quite rich. If my physical needs were met I'd shut out the world and live there.
Maladaptive daydreaming. I have a pretty potent imagination.
I've spent so much of my life alone that it really wouldn't be much of an adjustment.
Breath work for meditation and physical activity like the responses above as well for when the restlessness sets in.

Honestly I think that I would enjoy solitary confinement. It would be nice to not have to see people or interact with them. I could just be at peace with my thoughts, all alone in solitude

If no-one comes in then it would be a safe place. I'd try to clear my mind and think of good things images, sounds, smells of the few good memories. Maybe even make some up. Also some good music going on in my head. oh and replaying some games I've enjoyed in head

It would be the best time to try meditation and going blank but I am addicted to stimulation.
