What was your method before joining SS?

I think I was just going to OD on a bunch of my meds or do what I did at 16.

Avoid insulin, eat candy, puke my guts up til I die. Not pretty, but effective.

I also tried to jump off an overpass in 2017, but felt the body of my cat who had passed a couple of years before rub and curl around my leg. Tried to convince myself someone else was on the bridge and possibly brushed me. There was nobody there. Felt just like a cat. Dropped to my knees in the fetal position and cried until someone (a friend) came to pick me up.

Anyway, after coming to SS, I realised there were more peaceful methods. I'll be using SN. I'd have preferred N, but I'm a 22 year old on assistance and can't afford that.

And now, will be doing SN, would also preferred N but can't afford it (i don't have the energy to work to get it and wish to leave soon).

I can't work, therefore cannot afford such a luxury either. SN is the next best step.

Alcohol. Open night highway. No seatbelt. Gotta go fast!

Wouldn't have more than 2 drinks. Splash myself with some whiskey cologne. Make me look more drunk than really. Wouldn't want to hurt anyone in the crash, present self excluded.

What's nicotine OD like? I had that idea and dismissed it.

I once cut my wrist, correctly up down not crosswise like most people do because of hollywood, really deep again and again and used alot of medicine to get the blood thinner for more blood flow. It was really painful but i continued to cut.
I have a big scar (keloid) which never healed.

I don't drive or drink so that would be out of the question. Plus, I'd be too scared I'd involve other people.

Oh i almost forgot, after that attempt on another day, i digested alot of ricin which is a natural toxine contained in some plant seeds, easy to obtain.

I am the same about violent deaths. So happy I learned about SN. Just waiting for it to arrive and then I have everything I need.

Yea, I agree. Very messy. I was looking at the success rate. I didn't want a failed attempt. SN looks very promising and not very messy.

Inert gas. Great method but realised I wasn't mechanically minded enough to buy the right stuff and put it together.
