What was the last suicidal thought you had?

I think mine was actually a gun trigger being pulled, or imagining its crossheir on the side of my head, but the last I distinctly remember was of breaking the window and jumping out of it.

When I was throwing up yesterday (just because of nausea) I tried to imagine I had taken something to ctb and was vomiting bc of it to see if I could stay calm in that situation but I couldn't and immediately had intense fear and regret.

Yesterday. Another example of how you don't get sectioned in the UK but sent home even if you're in A&E after a sort of attempt but admit that you don't know if you can keep yourself safe when you get home. Obvs, I'm still here and grateful for not being on a ward but it says a lot about the state of things at the moment.

Imagined booking a room at a high floor of a hotel (if that's even possible) and pretending to fall to my death by accident by leaning over the balcony too far or climbing onto it. Or as I say the SOPHIE method.

When I was at work earlier this week and fighting an emotional overwhelm. I work in one of the few spots without security cameras and I'm often alone in the later part of my shift. I work in a storage area where there are steel braces (the bar that makes a triangle to hold up stuff above) and I often think of tying a slipknot there and CTB in the middle of my shift. I can reach that height because I have a stool.

Main thing stopping me is the rare visit from employees from other departments, the risk is too high to do realistically.

My head hurts. I have a tension headache right now, probably from sleep deprivation as well as not having enough caffeine, and it hurts so bad. I'd rather die than endure this pain. I hate how we have biological bodies that can feel pain and other negative feelings and emotions. I wish that I could just sleep forever and never feel anything ever again. It would be so nice to be non-existent and be in an eternal slumber
