What type of suicidal are you?

Health problems. Gaslighted that it's just in my head. Every traumas. Sexual, assault...

I have crippling agoraphobia since I stupidly went on my own to a psych ward and was deshumanized. I want SN but if they don't deliver to my door I'll be forced out. Too terrified to go get my mail.

I am new on this site. I am suicidal . I wanted feedback on where to find a thread or post for people who have suffered loss and heartbreak and feeling suicidal .

I answered with physical and mental health trouble. but I believe the one after of being tired of the struggle applies to me and most others who would give my answer. Lots of people have poor health issues of either nature, but there's something in their life that helps them get through it; support network, passion, sense of duty or purpose, other access to resources...life is effort no matter what, but its whether or not you have enough vitality to keep spending on it that's the question.

The vitality required to deliberately and successfully exit life, now that's another matter...

I'm not sure which one should I pick. I kind of gravitated towards the "living just isn't worth it" option, but then...Yes, life can be horrible and people can be unimaginably cruel, lots of them. But the pain isn't the only thing that exists. If we can fear pain even when things are good, then it is possible to flip our outlook around and hope for the good even when you're in pain. At least to some extent, I understand that there are kinds of pain that are beyond that, but I am lucky enough not to experience that now, and might not experience it in the future. If I do, then it will surely be not worth it to keep living. But not yet.

So I wish I could live. Now the question is - are my current circumstances unlivable, or is my life an uphill battle and I am just tired of struggling so badly. I'm not sure. How do I tell?
