like when you're there waiting for the effects to kick in, you imagine yourself looking at the celing? thinking about what? what activity would be best to distract yourself while it is happening
i've seen people describing what they are feeling here in the forum, which is a form of doing something/thinking of something that softens the anxiety and avoid thinking about bad things in the last moments
you can expand to other methods and not think exactly what would YOU but someone else. Previous inputs of what other people did are greatly appreciated too. i just want ideas
