What to do when you reach your limit?

Well, I would like some tips to gain a little more time. My desire to die is so high that I end up doing things impulsively. Last week, I bought a rope just to give you an idea

For me addiction is the last resort, I'm addicted to social media, movies, series, music, anime...etc, i consume it intensely when i hit my limit, i disperse my mind as much as I can. It's just a mere coping mechanism.
