Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I was thinking about telling the doc I already have made use of benzos, stoped taking it but now I need it again desperately. I'm thinking about taking SN, but it seems to be rather unpleasant all the nausea, fast heart beat and overall anxiety and SI taking place.

Some benzos seems to do a nice job at making things more smoother, and I read that PPH recoomends it for the SN method.

I hope you will have better luck than me, I asked my psychiatrist for them and just said I was having panic attacks but point blank refused and sent me some paperwork of breathing techniques instead.

Maybe a GP is more likely to prescribe Idk

Are you in the US by chance? Very hard to get a script for Benzo's these days.

Tell him that everything causes you anxiety, going out, talking to acquaintances or strangers, everyday activities like cooking. I don't know if it's only in my country but with that they are already filling the recipe. The covid left people affected and they are like jelly beans. I think that Spain was the country in the EU that consumed the most anxiolytics... or in the world? no I don't think so

anxiety and insomnia generally are easy ways to get a script. mention feeling agitated and not being able to relax as well.

Wow, it's crazy how restrictive they are, even for just a few! But I had the same problem and I got, after begging, seven. 🤷‍♂️

can i ask if you were asking specifically for benzos, or was it a more general request?

2022 PPH doesn't mention benzos but propranolol is recommended. You can't get these meds easily if you ask a doc directly. Better get it from some online site

My psychiatrist offered me scripts for Xanax when I had panic attacks, fairly common in the US.
