I believe that an overdose is usually not recommended as a suicide method from what I know, they just lead to failure.

Horrible idea to overdose, without even looking at why we can't just tell you that cause of the forum rules, it would also be unethical to put you through that pain and suffering.
I thought people had survived after taking 200+ paracetamol?
I'm starting to stock pile paracetamol with aims of getting 200+ and then hopefully mix it with zopiclone which is a sleeping pill. Can't be painful if I'm passed out.

Overdoses are slow, excruciating deaths over possibly weeks as a result from multi-organ failure -- as others have stated, it definitely isn't an advised method of CTB.
I've heard reports of people surviving thousand+ pill ODs on paracetamol.
Just skimming a case report and I suspect this information may be wrong, badly reported, possibly they vommitted, or there was significant intervention.

Iirc you can OD on amitriptyline but you need a lot. Same for morphine, you need 10 grams plus benzos and two heart medications, it's in PPeH. It's a lot easier to just poison yourself with sodium nitrite
Fuck really? Don't even know if I could take that many pills at once, I thought 200 would be hard.
Just skimmed a few case reports as after posting I did think I should fact check this -- ignore the figure of a thousand as I think this is a case of misreported figures by a newspaper, or something else happened in conjunction such as vomitting back up of the pills.
Overdoses are not reliable at all.
A lot of people will pop 200 paracetomol/tylenol as the 'common' OD but it rarely works, it is painful and unreliable.
There are very few truly deadly medicines that will kill you reliably. Most just mess up your organs and brain and put you in a 10x worse situation.
OD is certainly a method to be avoided.

please research more. from what i heard (thats why i say research im no doctor) paracetmol kills you over days/weeks as your organs slowly rot. must be quicker methods

Capsules, easier to swallow in handfuls. Add the zopiclone in separate handfuls, the taste on its own could make you vomit

Obviously on here it's not for me to say, just a thought. I wouldn't do it that way it really wouldn't be a great way to die.

It certainly isn't reliable. As a teenager my first serious attempt was a cocktail of paracetamol and lithium carbonate. I was found puking my guts up and ended in an ambulance with blues and two's and when I got to the hospital an extremely pissed off doctor asked if wanted to die and before I could answer him I was getting my stomach pumped. Not a pleasant experience.
I don't think paracetamol is at all reliable- not sure- when mixed with other drugs. There are people here who have survived paracetamol overdoses though and it sounds horrible. Please research more before attempting- you may just end up with long term liver and kidney damage.

i took a paracetamol overdose in my early 20s it damage my stomach lining now i have to drink milk(4 pints a day) all the time to stop the pain can't drink alcohol without being sick even drinking water upsets my belly i wouldn't recommend a paracetamol overdose
