Say you were to just overdose on drugs, whatever drugs those may be. You'd just feel euphoric and than you'd never even knew you died right? It would be like falling asleep I imagine, you don't even know when exactly your brain stopped but it did. I'm not in any immediate danger btw, just simply curious...
I think your Benadryl numbers are off? I always see 20-40mg/kg as the ld50 for adult humans. Your linked source lists 10mg/kg as the minimum lethal dose in humans. By the 20-40mg/kg numbers, about one 25mg pill per 2lbs body weight would be the math.

There are only a small handful of drugs that can reliably kill. 99% of drugs will do anything from leave you drowsy to giving you organ failure, but none of those will peacefully kill you.
