In a few weeks time it will be a year since I took a severe overdose and only just survived. I was resuscitated twice and required full life support in ICU for almost a week. I suffered severe hypoxic brain damage and chronic mild small vessel disease from being totally unresponsive for almost a hour in resus.
I suffered other life changing injuries from this overdose and iv decided recently I dont want to carry on anymore as each day I get worst medically.
Iv managed to buy off a dealer over 40grams of tramadol.
I plan on going for it around or on the exact date of the overdose of above.
Anti vomiting tablets to take 24 hours before the tramadol overdose, followed by a month's prescription of 45mg mirtazapine.
Mixing tramadol and mirtazapine is a lethal combination, followed by as much codine and alcohol i can manage before passing out.
