Hi everyone,

Just wondering what OTC meds I can OD on in my sleep.

I'm from Canada if that matters.

Thanks.

You can OD on anything, that doesn't mean it will kill you.

If it's otc, the best ones I can think of are either loperamide (with a p-glycoprotein inhibitor), or diphenhydramine... or a combination of both.
Not that'd I'd recommend it.

None with a good chance of success. Most likely you get so badly sick you, yourself insist on going to the hospital.

That's why they're OTC (doctors control the "good stuff").
So what should I do
Research. I really recommend the book Five Last Acts. Here's a comprehensive list of all kinds of things to consider (the book is there too). Be sure to scroll down the whole thing so you know what you're dealing with:

Hi SS I feel your pain but just want to ask you to get through this day. Just this day
Then do the same tomorrow .. and the day after ..
and so on
I've been on this forum myself asking for advice on how to check out. Life is a tough gig.
But there are consolations to counter the desolation
I have now found a combination of meds and some sort of.structure to my life which is helping me to find meaning (even in these suppressed times of covid)
thinking of you
