I'm a Christian but want to ctb in a more humane way so my family won't be shamed by my Christian community. I couldn't care less about my image but only my family's (as they will have to live with it afterwards).
What method should I use that isn't too bloody?

This is just my thoughts, but with the constraints that you have mentioned, no matter what, it comes up zeroed out.

I will absolutely state that I am NOT pro-life nor pro-ctb but pro-choice and let everyone do as they please.

With that said, no matter what you do it will rain bricks down on your family, as if they are Christian, some are 100% against any form of ctb and at the age of 70, believe me, folks WILL look, act, and react towards your family and in a very unpleasant way at best.

Please rethink this, as the grief that one's family might feel could be compounded by others vastly.

Hugs to you.

If I am correct and I may not be, BUT it is against the rules of this site to do what you are asking from others.

I apologize, I did not know I was going against policy and will refrain from doing so

Agreed—I've seen this with my own eyes. My grandparents are very Catholic and they do not take kindly to suicide. A family from their church's son killed himself, and they were laughed out of the church. They still trash talk them today, calling them "devils" and blaming them for their son's decision. Sad.

The method does not matter. Try to look insane (leave a borderline incomprehensible gibberish note or something) so they can order actual funeral service and bury you on a Christian part of the cemetery. If you could somehow make it look like an accident, that would be even better, but that's really hard to do, so i'd settle for "insanity plea" if i were you.

if only..I wouldn't be having a funeral at all in the church. Not by suicide. Nor the burial wouldnt even be close to it
You believe in god, but still want to die?
Yeah. just bc one believes in God doesn't exclude them from being suicidal. even Judas was one..

No, im talking about the, er, suicide loophole - if it's proven you killed yourself because you were mentally unwell, then you can be buried with service and on christian cemetery. Because then your suicide is not a matter of your sinful pride, but a symptom of the illness. Basically it's treated then as if you didn't understand what you were doing and didn't have authority over your actions (therefore you haven't sinned).

If your family gets ridiculed by a "Christian community" because you committed suicide, those people aren't real Christians and should have no bearing on their faith as a result

you may want to also get a doctor's note saying you have a mental illness (depression would suffice) - in case your relatives would have to show some official-ish proof in order to bury you in line with traditions

Oh right. That's very valid. Honestly I am, but I get the idea to have it on paper for my parents sake.

Let them live with it. If they will shame you, let them. If you succeed, your brain is dead anyways, you won't be affected. Do whatever is best for you
