Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm thinking lying just my head over the tracks/decapitation but are the tracks electrified so will I need to lie on top of something? Would a plastic bag on my head or tarp or something help the cleanup?
Tracks r not electrified, even if there is an electric train bc tracks are "ground potential". Decapitation would most likely be the least "mess" in my opinion but still there will be the trauma the driver has to suffer from.
Getting hit by a train is highly likely going to be gruesome unless it hits you off to the side. I don't know if it would just injure you badly and not kill you. There's plenty of videos on Reddit and Kaotic to see what I'm talking about.
Set up a room filled with explosives to stay in. Leave the remote detonator on the train tracks and position it in such a way that if the detonator button is run over by the train it will blow you up. Also the room you're in has to be far far away from any trains.
No. It is going to be a traumatic experience for the conductor and passengers. There is no way to do this gently- it is a violent death. If this is what you choose, understand and accept that.
The coroners who come out to investigate the death will have to deal with bits everywhere.
Tracks are not going to be electrified unless you are talking like NY third rail in the subway. Most anywhere else, trains will be self powered, or electric powered via wires up top and out of easy reach.

How much it is assured that the person who lie on the track before the train comes will die? I heard that it is almost guaranteed. I am just curious if there is a chance that it is survivable.

There's a video a few years ago of an Indian guy that was cut in half after being hit by a train. I don't know if he was laying on the tracks or not as it only showed the aftermath but I think it depends what type of train like if it's a regular train or has a cow catcher on it, that's designed to push them off to the side instead of running over them.

I personally think it would be better to consider another method because this method will be gruesome either way for everyone involved. I know that your feeling very down and is trying to find a way out, but i personally wouldnt do this. Also talk to a therapist.
If you do it in a rural area they probably won't bother to clean up the mess as thoroughly as they would have to do in a city.
It's likely to be fatal if you put your neck on the track, and fatal almost instantaneously, so you probably wouldn't have time to feel anything.
With this method there is always the issue of the trauma you could cause for the driver. If you do it at night, so there is no way the driver could have seen you, that might lessen the effect on the driver, as they will know they couldn't have done anything. If it's at night with a fast, heavy train, the driver might not even know they had hit someone. You could leave a note with your body saying that you know the driver was not at fault in any way, You could even leave a note addressed to the driver, apologising for the inconvenience. They would probably help them.
