Please help with the train method

Is there any way to hook my head to the train tracks so I can't move it?I was thinking of chaining myself up with one of those metal chains and putting a padlock on it, and then throwing away the key
I really want to be sure about this, and I can also take something to make me sleepy Antipsychotics with alcohol would make me sleepy

This is a freight train, so it won't traumatize any passengers, and I'm also not sure if it has a driver
It will be on the outskirts of the city; I live very, very close to the train tracks.

I haven't really researched that method, so I can't give advice on it. I can, however, confirm that freight trains do have conductors on board.

I'm so sorry I don't have any useful information regarding train. I'm so scared of the train method. I thought at 19 that's how I would go but I couldn't do it. I'm so sorry you are in this predicament. I personally want sn but I'm struggling to get it and it's so frustrating. Not having very many options is terrible. Once again I'm terribly sorry this is your method but I understand the desperation. Massive hugs

Lots and lots of hugs, I'm turning 19 this year, I haven't found much information, it seems to be something very violent for people :(
I also found it quite overwhelming, but I suppose it's very quick
The idea of something around my neck is terrifying; I couldn't strangle myself, that's why I want to be asleep

I'm not judging you for this; some people seem to find it annoying, and well, I understand that a little. I suppose if we lived in a country with a Valav train, it would be extremely simpler, or so I thought :(
