What kind of rope and anchor point do I use to hang?

Hello,

I am 5'10" in height. My weight is 95 kgs. I am very confused as to what type of rope I should use, whether it has to be a normal cloth rope or cotton etc?

Also, unsure of the anchor point. In my room there are cupboard handles, door handles, window grills. The fan is a out of question as it will fall.

Please help?
