I discovered peach rings a couple of years ago and they have become my favorite candy. I used to like chocolate (especially red wine + dark choco) but in recent times have been more drawn to these addictive, sweet little gummies.

Mmmm tough one. Does ice cream count? Brewers mint chocolate chip? No? Well Reese's PB cups then with the middles poked out first, save those for last.
Omg.. Ferraro Rocher, my favourite <3Ferraro Rocher chocolate hazelnut truffles.
And omg, you guys, Hershey's Gold. Like a creamy, crumbly butter toffee with tiny salty bits of pretzel.
Edit: Seriously, people. Try Hershey's Gold and report back to me, posthaste.

Whyyyy aren't you living in my kitchen?Yesterday I couldn't resist, and I ended up baking some biscuits. Very quick and easy recipe: just 200 g of butter, 120 g of sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 280 g of flour. Just used half the dough. The rest is in the freezer, for the next craving :)

Now I'm thinking about baking a cake. I should probably just go ahead and change my name to Rotunda, Queen of the Carbohydrates.
I like to make two of these, for one mini-sized layer cake. They are really, really good for boxed cake mix, probably because you have to whip the frosting mix with butter. That's lovely! What sort of cake?
