Self-hatred. Though I am not sure whether this counts as a emotion. I am under a lot of stress lately. This triggers my self-hatred a lot. I might make a thread about it soon. I hate myself so much. For every tiny or big mistake I have ever made. I am repeating over and over "why am I so stupid", "I hate myself" and "I want to kill myself". It is very exhausting. I despise myself currently a lot.
I just realized this is the recovery section. Lol.
