What is ' the pain '?

Before any attempt, your body knows that you are doing something wrong and makes you terrified and afraid. Your mind sends a message to your body to stop. How can this problem be solved and manipulated with the mind?

to over come one pain, one must be in more pain then the orignal pain caused to over come survival instinct

To me it sounds like you are referring to the survival instinct, as humans we are all programmed to survive, it's the way we've evolved which can unfortunately make suicide methods difficult to go through with, it's like the survival instinct exists just to prolong suffering and keep one trapped here. I imagine that many managed to overcome the SI as they had access to a method that they felt confident in and they just felt determined to leave, they knew that the time was right, I envy those who managed to ctb in this world where it's purposely made so difficult.
