What is the most accessible method that is cost efficient and could be made from household items?

probably hanging, night night, or tourniquet method but the accessibility means giving up a bit of comfort and peace on the way out. I wouldn't choose a method simply because its easy to get your hands on. don't do anything impulsive. I know it always seems like a peaceful end takes too much energy to plan but I'd say its worth it. I'd give it some more time and thought. I wish you the best

full or partial suspension is generally fairly accessible i think. i don't know a ton about it though so i would highly recommend researching more into it. you could also look into if there is anywhere tall enough in your area that's accessible if you want to consider jumping

Yeah, I'd have to say full or partial suspension as well and. as long as you have a job you also should be able to obtain SN fairly easy.
