What is the best way to ctb if you have a lot of time and money?

Basically the title. I thought it would be going to Switzerland but the faq on one of the organizations that accepts foreigners says the quality of your life must be qualitatively poor. I think they are referring to physical issues rather than mental, but I am physically very healthy. I could go to Mexico to buy N but I am concerned about the safety. I am a petite female and getting kidnapped would be the last thing I want. Just wondering cuz usually money can solve most problems but it seems useless when trying to ctb.

No need to goto Mexico, barbiturates are widely available from drug dealers and that's all N is.

As for money to CTB, I don't think it helps much, most methods are cheap and accessible anyway.

I guess it could help get some support equipment like a high quality gas meter for H2S or C method.. or maybe decent gear for exit mask/bag method etc.
