I want to know what the most effective method is in Canada. Guns and SN are regulated here. I was thinking of stabbing my carotid artery but was informed that it had a low success rate. What about jumping? There is this bridge that's about 45 meters high with grass or gravel at the bottom near where I live but idk if that is a high enough height to leave this world. Has anyone survived jumping from such a height without anything breaking their fall?
