best way would probably be any painless cns depressant drug that acts somewhat quickly, like N or H. worst would have to be starvation or vehicular suicide (as a pedestrian) imo.

mhmmm I'd say if a human body is crushed by water pressure in several 1000m depth this is pretty fast and painless but yeah suffocating in a submarine is unpleasant and painful.
