best way would probably be any painless cns depressant drug that acts somewhat quickly, like N or H. worst would have to be starvation or vehicular suicide (as a pedestrian) imo.

Nembutal or death by inert gas is by far the best.
There are endless worst ways. Fire. Train. Drowning. Jumping and breaking your bones but being alive for more moments, and many more.
mhmmm I'd say if a human body is crushed by water pressure in several 1000m depth this is pretty fast and painless but yeah suffocating in a submarine is unpleasant and painful.Similar threads
