Method what is the benzo cocktail to ctb ?

Hi everyone, i'm new to this forum, although it's been already 4 years that i'm browsing into it, i'm finally daring to ask a question, so please be kind if this has already been discussed or if this is not the right place, or just unclear.

I have two Benzo from my psych ; Ativan and Xanax. I wonder what can i do with them in order to ctb.

I heard that one should't mix Xanax and alcool, or Ativan and coke, and i wonder how this works.

My question is, what can i add to ctb with a cocktail of benzo starting from those two that i have ?

I can't find N or SN in my country ( Belgium ) and it sound super vague to me / sketchy to even try to find some. I would like to use something i can find easily or that i can have from prescription ( my psych are quiet easy with prescription )

Hi and welcome. Sorry life brought you here. I hope you can recover and avoid this tragic decision.
Otherwise, medication OD is not recommended (too risky and not 100% reliable)

Thank you for your time, wishes and answer... so i guess there is no magic formula saying ; this much alcool + this much Ativan will do this ? it is very tiring... if anyone ever hear about something, let me know

Apparently the combination of Xanax and GHB is extremely dangerous, even potentially fatal. Both substances are central nervous system depressants, and combining them significantly increases the risks.

The mixture drastically slows the breathing rate, which can lead to respiratory arrest, coma, and death.

Has anyone any information on how this works and what are the chance to ctb without endless suffering ? i can easily find GHB at any clubs here in my country, it's as easy to buy as milk. And i already have xanax from my prescriptions.

Does anyone know whats up ?

Amitryptiline method. The benzos bopefully make it peaceful. You need proper anti-emetic

What GHB? Xanax is easy to find as well where i live. Is the death from this 2 combination a peaceful death ?

there has been cases of combination of xanax and alcohol that resulted in death though but the problem is there is no exact formula about the deadly dose.

What GHB? Xanax is easy to find as well where i live. Is the death from this 2 combination a peaceful death ?

it is liquid ecstasy or G, im sure if xanax easily found in your area this one is common too

Can be, yes.
Do not count on it, though. It is, regrettably, still an OD method and therefore not 100% reliable

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. And I'm also sorry to report that when I was looking for this information myself, I found that you had to take something ridiculous like 1000 mg of Ativan for it to be fatal. I used to take around 15mg with a ton of booze pretty regularly and always woke up.
