I have noticed that I am getting older the fact that nothing interests me anymore..I am not concerned about what people think about me and I now like to spent most of the time indoors than going out

I realized I was getting old about 20 years ago when I looked down at my hands playing the piano ad thought how the hell did my mothers hands get stuck onto my wrists?

Yup...and we think about it because it is now very inevitable and the only we can decide how and when to go.....because leaving that to chance and/or charity is very dangerous !!

And people your age are passing away.....very hard to ignor .....my brother-in-law, my best friend from high school, my sister having first stages of dementia, friends who lose two siblings in 4 months......you are drawn to read obituaries but really hate to see people you knew in there !!

I do not want to grow old, I am tired of life, I have suffered long enough. To me old age sounds horrific. I believe that as people get older their overall health declines and their bodies start to ache more, things like that. Health problems can torture people and it is all very depressing. Thinking about getting older makes me want to ctb even more.

Ha ha that's a good one! Everything! Loss of interest in life. Nothing is fun anymore or exciting. Physical problems. Gait, too much damage, ,being sedentary, hearing loss tinnitus, memory problems, confusion, should I keep going? Obsessing on ctb. Everyone is dying off and your next.
