of course the internet is not going to give me answers to the question, even if hypothetically i was using the lethal amount as a stopping point, so im gonna ask you all.

Just a word of warning, amphetamine overdose is exceptionally painful and drawn out from my experience. ODing with opioids was significantly more peaceful last time I tried.

in the peacefull pill book it says you pass out within 15 mins and don't wake up again into you've died, how was it for you did you wake up sooner than 24 hours have passed

For amphetamines at first I got nauseous and tunnel vision, then I had some sort of seizure(?) and woke up in a pool of vomit about 15 minutes later. Don't remember my dose but it definitely wasn't 10 grams. ODing on morphine was mildly pleasant almost, like sinking forever. Then I was found and I got hit with narcan. Realized I hadn't really been breathing, then nausea and suffering like I've never know. If you don't get revived I reckon it wouldn't be too bad on the way down to the end. (This was roughly 500mg of morphine)

Other people say opioid overdose should feel good, not just not too bad.

Not saying your experience is not valid, can you explain more.

Did you feel distress?

I was just completely out of it. There's not much to feel because of the nodding out effect. I knew something was wrong but I didn't really care to address it because it was easier just to stay there.

Felt nauseous at times but as long as I stayed still it didn't affect me too much. It also got very hard to walk when they were trying to bring me to my feet, like I was extremely drunk and my muscles were too stiff to function. Very itchy as well.

Overall I'd say it's alright from what I can recall. It's not listening to Lou Reed and falling into the carpet Trainspotting style, but it's far from agonizing. Disorienting and uncomfortable at worst in my experience, but I got revived rather early on I think.

@RunRabbitRun
1. What did it just feel like when you did it (I'm not asking about revival).
2. Would you have died if you hadn't been revived.

Whoops my reading comprehension is that of a toddler.

1. Felt like I was disappearing very slowly with limited awareness of what was occurring. The most uncomfortable part was breathing and not feeling like it helped. I didn't have the awareness to panic though.

2. Guaranteed, I did a beyond lethal dose with very low tolerance. I'm 5'8 and 130 pounds for reference so that's enough to wipe me off the face of the earth 2-3 times over I bet.
