What if you vomit after fainting in the SN method ?

Okay, I know that there is a possibility in the SN method that you will vomit it, so you should have other cups in reserve.
But what if you fainted and then vomited?
This way you will not be able to drink the other cups
Or is this not how the body works?

I've never used sn but i would think that if you were to vomit while you're unconscious, you'll probably choke on it. so there's still the possibility of that.

yeah, aspiration. people who attempted with ODs or alcohol usually die like that. i don't think it'll mess up the sn attempt if it happens.

You might aspirate on the vomit, but since you're unconscious, it wouldn't be painful or anything. It's a good thought but considering the mission, it's not really an issue

Is this why it's recommended to lie on one side? Can't remember where I read it though as have read so much SN stuff! I thought by the time you pass out that's it unless you're found and saved in time. I could be wrong though.
