Discussion What if you eat a lot of food before you die?

I believe it is better not to eat anything at least for two days before ctb - is it enough time to digest most food? Unfortunately, this logic got me into binge eating and I can't seem to do anything else than eat and sleep at this point, which is obviously a problem since I intended to hang myself in a forest. Moving seems difficult now, stopping binge eating nearly impossible. Should I still try to just wait to "digest" before I ctb?

I don't think food is going to effect anything unless it involves a method that requires you to swallow something? What method are you thinking of?

I get that it won't limit full suspension hanging... But what about the corpse? The more undigested food, the more feces. Not to mention the comfort - binge eating makes anyone highly uncomfortable, I want to die with a clear mind and stomach. Actually, no clear mind necessary, just clear stomach.

You're body is going to defecate regardless of what, when, or how much you eat before death. The bowel never fully evacuates unless you take something to make it, and even then there will always be normal bodily happenings, like shedding of dead cells, that also pass through the bowel.

Tbh, I used to care about not defecating when I CTB, but I don't now.

I agree though that bing eating makes me feel very uncomfortable afterwards, so my last meal will be some fruits to keep a light stomach.
