People often try and get you to see thing from another perspective by asking: what would you say to your younger self?
I'd tell her:
Give up now. Quit whilst your death would be a tragedy rather than a relief. It doesn't get better, people just stop pretending to care anymore. You don't have the innocence of youth to offer you some protection anymore. You're entirely on your own. People's 'care' isn't obligatory. You're not owed anything so don't expect it because your value diminished as soon as you turned 18. Now you're a burden not a gift. You're worthless not priceless. Stop smiling so much to mask the fear and anxiety and panic. Nobody ever returns the smiles or warmth, and it just hurts your jaw. Stop dreaming up new dreams. It's all a lie to keep you chasing something that will never happen. Don't reach out, there's nobody there. Don't shout, nobody can hear you.
Just stop tiring yourself out and rest. You deserve peace in whatever form.
