I think all the relevant information has already been mentioned, but I just wanted to clarify a few things.
Windows has a reset feature that allows you to remove everything. If I'm not mistaken, the reset option is actually called "remove everything". It'll warn you that it'll take some time. That's because it writes over your existing files with random bits (or potentially 0s - not sure on this). Either way, doing this should be sufficient to remove all info on your PC, including browser history.
Android and iOS devices encrypt their files (you might need to have a passcode set before this happens though). When you reset these devices, I believe it'll throw away the encryption keys, so the data is still technically there, but it's encrypted, meaning it shouldn't be accessible. So same effect as the Windows reset.
Your ISP might have a record of the sites you've visited (though I doubt they'd be willing to pay the storage costs of keeping this information for very long), but they shouldn't be able to see your interactions (e.g. your account or the posts you've made) with the site if you've used HTTPS. This site redirects you to HTTPS if you access it via HTTP, so you're likely good on this front.
For cloud services, I don't know what to tell you. You can request that your data be deleted for most of them, but you're putting your faith in them to act honestly. But that's a bit of a hopeless cause, because they've probably already used your data to train some AI already. But as already mentioned, best you can do is delete what you can in advance (something like 30-60 days in advance).
Just my minor additions. I'm hoping others will correct me if I've said anything incorrect.
