• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

anyone have particular locations they plan to ctb? i am personally very uncomfortable with doing it anywhere where someone could discover me as i know what it's like to feel intense emotional distress and could never just pass that on as someone else's problem.

i live in a very heavily forested area where it is easy to get lost and commonly happens. pretty much what hasn't been deforested for towns and villages is forest. there are also very deep ravine's, some of which i haven't been able to see the bottom

i am also known as a hiking enthusiast, which is also an opportunity to stage an accident (minus my history with attempts) but i do genuinly have a passion for it. my ideal way out would of course be deep in the forest, far away from cell service, (wouldnt bring a phone tho) and ctb deep in a ravine or honestly anywhere. when imagining this i do feel si thinking about my body being fuel for wild animals and such because that's kind of a morbid image 😭 but peace is peace and i try to shift that pattern of thought into how beautiful it would be to decompose and become a part of it. its beautiful green mountains/valleys separated by rivers, streams, brooks, i do truly love it and have always been drawn to it

i wonder if anyone else has felt something like this

I feel the same. Ironically, I'm known to be unathletic and have a terrible sense of direction, which makes the mountains tempting for me because it wouldn't be hard to believe that I simply got lost or fell and couldn't climb back up.

Where I'm at there no non Discovery. You may buy yourself some time but you'll eventually be found. All woods are shallow or have trails

I would love that and tried scouting some areas.

I realized I would need to haul equipment needed, and would need to imagine what to do if I failed. Getting into the nitty gritty of what would need to be carried, and how I could make sure I wouldn't be found too soon made me change my mind about this plan. Just personally speaking.
