What feelings are making you do this

Hey so I've lost my boyfriend to suicide and I just want to get a brief look of how he was feeling when he did if , I knew he was depressed and he mostly looked at himself as a failure , does being a male encourage these feeling like you have to be something at a young age ? Like even if you went away no one would care or would even notice . If there are males here who feel Ike that can you please like talk about what you're feeling details . I don't even know what I'm saying but I just want to know how he felt and how much pain he was going through alone
